Return Policy


To request a return or replacement of a product, you can follow the terms below:

  • Returns or replacements of Indofitting products can be made by including an unboxing video.

  • Attach official proof of shipment (delivery note, or valid expedition receipt number).

  • Requests for product returns or exchanges must be made within seven days.

  • Include your complete information (address, name, phone number).


If the conditions for returning or replacing the product cannot be met, we reserve the right to reject your request.


Indofitting products received by the buyer cannot be returned or exchanged if the product is damaged due to buyer usage.


You can request a refund corresponding to the amount you paid when purchasing Indofitting products. However, you need to meet the following conditions:

  • Refunds can be made if the product stock is unavailable; if stock is available, it will be exchanged for a product.

  • Submissions must be accompanied by an unboxing video.

  • Attach official proof of shipment (delivery note, or valid expedition receipt number).

  • Requests for product returns or exchanges must be made within seven days.

  • Include your complete information (address, name, phone number).

Terms of Services


1. General Terms

The term "Seller" refers to PT. Indofitting Lestari. The term "Buyer" refers to the end user, store, contractor, architect, interior designer, or others making purchases. The term "Products" refers to fitting parts, kitchen accessories, wardrobe accessories. "Location" means as stated in the order confirmation, where the Product is shipped according to the order. "Order" is the instruction given to the Seller regarding the provision of the Product to the Buyer. "Order Confirmation" is the order confirmation conveyed to the Seller by the Buyer. "Contract" is the agreement agreed upon between the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with and bound by the applicable terms.


2. Specifications

The Seller provides services such as free Installation Assistant, Free Consultation, and training courses for buyers.


3. Product Prices

The product prices listed on the website do not include tax; the prices listed on Tokopedia include tax.


4. Payment

Payment must be made following the applicable and predetermined procedures:

  • Payment for Products must be made by the buyer to the seller before Product shipment.

  • Payment is valid with proof of payment provided by the buyer to the seller.

  • If the buyer fails to make payment to the seller, they have the right to cancel the buyer's order.

  • Reordered Products become part of the seller's ownership and can be resold to other buyers who wish to purchase them.


5. Product Replacement or Refund

Products are first inspected by the Buyer by including an unboxing video. If there is damage to the Product, it will be exchanged for a new product if stock is available; if stock is unavailable, the buyer may request a refund within the applicable timeframe. Product returns are not accepted if the product is damaged by the buyer.


6. Product Shipping

Product shipping can be done by the buyer's courier if the delivery is still within the Jadetabek area; if delivery is outside Jadetabek, expedition services will be used. Alternatively, the buyer can pick up directly from PT. Indofitting Lestari.


7. Product Warranty

  • Product conditions will be inspected before being shipped to the buyer.

  • Seller is not responsible for product damage if the damage occurs during the shipping process or after being received by the buyer.

  • If there is damage to the product and it can be proven that the product was already damaged before shipment, the seller will replace the damaged part of the product for the buyer.

  • Product warranty applies if the product does not function as intended; the product will be replaced with a new product. The buyer must provide proof of purchase for the product.
